So, how much does it cost?

We charge by the audio minute which means that you know exactly how much the job will cost from the start.  There are no other costs.



Example:

If your audio file is 15 minutes in length and the rate is £1.00 per minute, the transcription will cost you £15.00.  Simple!  Also, our audio typists are paid by the digital minute too, so they know how much they will earn from each job.

We think this is the fairest way to operate from all sides.  Imagine, if we charged for your secretarial support by the page or line, as some companies do, how could you be sure how much your bill would be until your document was returned?  How can our transcriptionists be sure how much they will be paid until they've finished the job and counted the pages / lines?  How difficult! It also means that you don't suffer from any down time as you pay us only when we are transcribing your audio... and not when we're answering the phone or a call of nature!  So we prefer to offer a flat rate per minute  and everyone knows what's what!
